Ultimate Greens Drink Recipe

- 1/2 blender filtered water
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 small cluster parsley
- 2 radishes
- 1 medium kale leaf
- 1 larger apple
- 1 small cluster cilantro
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 medium tomato
- 1/2 medium avacado
- 1/4 cup whole Flax or Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup quality protein (hemp seeds, sprouted mung beans,
raw almonds, or raw sunflower seeds)
1. Add water to blender FIRST, then add approx. 4 cups of the cut up ingredients to your blender (Vitamix is ideal). Make sure to include stems of all greenery!
2. Start with the blender on a low setting, carefully mixing all ingredients until creamy smooth.
